Communication Hierarchy
With about 1,000 children and 700 families in our Fall program you can imagine how much work it is for one person to communicate and answer all the questions that arise. Therefore, below is a communication hierarchy to help you know where you can get information. They are listed in order of where to go for information first.
- Website: The website www.dysasoccer.com is updated regularly and this is a great spot to get immediate information on if fields are open for games and practices along with other information.
- Coaches: The coach is you primary contact. They get all the information to pass onto the kids and parents.
- Division Directors: They are responsible for the Division and provide information to coaches and assist coaches in whatever way possible.
- Fall Committee: This group oversees the Fall program and provides information to the Division Directors.
- DYSA Board of Directors: Oversees all DYSA programs and entire organization.
