Concession Stand
The Concession stand supports our Fall Program and helps DYSA keep this program accessible for families.
Each week a Division is responsible for providing volunteers to cover the concession stand.
Please see your coach to volunteer. Each volunteer who successfully completes their shift will b e entered into a drawing for a special door prize at the Soccer Ball!
Baked goods and goodies are also needed for the Coffee Table under the overhang. Please contribute.

Concession Stand Procedure:
- Each Division is given 1 week of responsibility for providing coverage.
- Each Division director is responsible for submitting via email prior to Saturday date assigned to the Concession Stand Director. Email address will be provided to you.
- Each division must fill out attached schedule.
- Rain dates when re-scheduled, are still covered by Division assigned to Original Date.
- Only 19 parent volunteers are needed per weekend at assigned shift times. This is the minimum; we can always use additional help!
- During the hours of 10:30 and 2:30pm we must have a least 1 parent volunteer who is willing to cook on the grill. We can teach anyone who wishes to learn.
- Small children are not allowed in concession stand area (Safety Issue), but may stay Field house side.
- DYSA has a designated person to run the Register.
- Each Parent who volunteers their time and completes shift assigned, will be placed into a donated door prize raffle to be Drawn at the Soccer Ball.
