COACHES, ASSISTANT COACHES, MENTORS, MANAGERS, BOARD MEMBERS AND ALL OTHER VOLUNTEERS

FALL 2019 REGISTRATION

New federal laws have been implemented that will impact all coaches, assistant coaches, mentors, managers, board members, and other volunteers starting Fall 2019 season.  The laws have been instituted to further protect children involved in youth organizations.  A new software system (Stack Sports) has been put in place that replaces the former software system used in the past, so ALL coaches, assistant coaches, mentors, managers, board members, and other volunteers MUST register in the new system and complete ALL steps outlined below.  A registration is not deemed complete until all steps have been completed.  The system is new, so please allow extra time for lags in the registration process as well as the other processes (including the CDC concussion certification and SafeSport certification process) as there are multiple organizations and individuals accessing these same systems in a short time frame.  To complete the registrations process, please follow the steps below and feel free to contact Paula Medeiros (paulamed72@gmail.com) if you have any questions.
