The Dartmouth FC Committee will be responsible for managing the Fall & Spring SCSL programs. The committee will meet on an as-needed basis to plan and resolve all necessary items related to the programs. The committee chairperson is referred to as the Program Director.
Below are the committee member roles and associated responsibilities.

Oversee the success of the Dartmouth FC seasons
SCSL BOD Member
Attends Monthly SCSL meetings
Schedule and hold meetings as necessary with the committee
Point of contact for all team/league issues
Provide communication to coaches, families, DYSA members
Coordinate and hold mandatory Dartmouth FC coach’s meetings in Fall and Spring (review rules, schedule and have committee present their areas as needed)

Communicate Fall and Spring playoffs and MTOCs processes

Coordinate Team Tryouts and Formations
Alternate for SCSL meeting
Facilitate and resolve coaching needs and requirements
Work with CORI Administrator to ensure coaching validity
- Uniform/Equipment Coordinator
Recommend uniform options/cost to the committee
Make uniform samples available for players to try at the team meeting
Collect uniform details for teams
Review print vendors and print options
Resolve print errors
Order soccer balls
Distribute uniforms, balls and misc. equipment to teams at a coaches meeting in Fall and Spring
Determine necessary awards for Fall and Spring teams and facilitate accordingly.

Open Registration on the DYSA website
Distribute team packets to coaches
Collect registration fees and necessary documentation
Validate registration and submit for SCSL approval
Administer GotSoccer teams and rosters
Resolve registration issues
Hold cards for players not paid
- Scheduler
Assign games to available fields in GotSoccer
Process requests to re-schedule games
Communicate changes to coaches
Record game scores and cards within 48 hours of game to GotSoccer
Work with DYSA Facilities to ensure field availability for games and practices.
- Referee Coordinator
Works with MassRef Referee Assignor to fill assignments
Communicate game assignments to committee
Available to address referee issue
Facilitates necessary referee training(s)
- Facilities Manager
Conduit between coaches and DYSA Facilities manager
Assist Facilities Director in supporting Dartmouth FC requirements.
Provide backup coverage to Facilities Manager as it relates to opening and closing facility and preparing fields
- Public Relations
Educate the community regarding the Dartmouth FC Program
Act as liaison between the program and community
Identify possible program/team sponsorships
Promote and recruit players
- COVID Officer
Point of contact for COVID compliance
- Members At Large
Provide general program feedback and participate in voting decisions
